My listing documentation contains language that allows the Seller to fire me, and cancel the listing at any time up until an contract to sell your home is entered into, if the Seller is unhappy with me for any reason.

 

I charge an MLS insertion fee of $19.95 per day from the day that the listing is entered into MLS through Close of Escrow. This fee in non-refundable in the event the property does not close escrow for any reason.

 

Once you receive an offer...

 

My consulting fees are $195/hour to consult with you about the deal points that are included in the offer, perpare the proper documentation, and to guide you and the transaction through the escrow and closing process.

 

Expenses, such as flyers, advertising, open houses, etc. and Commission to the Buyer's Broker will be in addition to the accumulated MLS insertion fees and my hourly rate.
